Unsubscribing from marketing may not prevent necessary administrative or direct-response communications (for example, replies to your own inquiry). AnchorFy™ does not use your submission as consent for unrelated Anchor Down Transport marketing.

6.Cookies and Analytics

AnchorFy.net currently uses only cookies and storage strictly necessary for website operation. We do not currently deploy third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-context behavioral tracking on this website. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide an appropriate consent-control mechanism before non-essential cookies are set.

7.How Information Is Disclosed

We may share information with service providers that support AnchorFy.net, including hosting and content delivery, database and lead storage, form processing, email delivery, security and abuse prevention, and technical support. Service providers are expected to process information only for the authorized business purposes for which it is disclosed.

We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect the rights, safety, or property of AnchorFy™ or others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

8.Selling and Sharing of Personal Information

AnchorFy™ does not sell personal information for monetary compensation and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanisms.

To submit a request related to the sale or sharing of personal information, contact us at info@anchorfy.net.

9.Data Retention

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including managing demonstration and pilot inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal obligations, and protecting the website. You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal or legitimate retention requirements.

10.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls on our database, and server-side validation and rate limiting on form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of promotional communications; and to appeal certain privacy-request decisions where applicable.

To exercise these rights, email Submit a Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, using no more information than reasonably necessary.

12.State-Specific Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable law. AnchorFy™ has not confirmed applicability of any threshold-based state privacy law (such as the CCPA) to its current operations. Where a state law applies to your information, we will honor eligible rights consistent with that law. Submit requests to info@anchorfy.net.

13.International Visitors

AnchorFy.net is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where legally required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

14.Children's Privacy

AnchorFy.net is intended for business and industry audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the demo-inquiry form. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact info@anchorfy.net and we will take appropriate steps.

15.Third-Party Links

AnchorFy.net may link to third-party websites, including Anchor Down Transport & Logistics. Those sites maintain their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
